If you have a really valid urgent need to get a passport. You will not need an appointment schedule in order to get one. Waiving of the passport appointment system is reserved for emergency cases only. These cases include the following:
Employment;
Medical emergency involving the applicant or his/her family member;
Death of a family member/immediate relative;
Senior citizens;
Infants (1 year old and below) and;
Persons with disabilities.
Note: Applicants with emergency case may go directly to the Office of the Passport Director and bring necessary documents listed in this web link.

By appointment ang passport application or renewal. Ang mga senior citizens, PWD, at mga babies at toddlers lang ang pwedeng mag walk in. Mag set ka na ng appointment asap para makapag save ka na ng date and time ng passport appointment.

sir ask ko lang po pwede pa po ba ako pumunta sa Dfa hung April 12 po kc ako pinababalik para sa 15 days clearing period ko sa passport kaso po Hindi po aoo nakapunta gawa po na nagbakasyon na po kmi ng pamilya ko sa cebu.pwede pa po ba ako magpasa ng requirement anytime sa Dfa.salamat po
pano po pag nblock n ung name ko..kc 3 times n ata ko ng cancel then sabi “appontment already exist cancel muna ung first appointment ko..pro chineck ko ung 3 appontments na narecieve ko sa email..cancelled lhat..ano po pwede gawin..salamat.
Ikaw ang nag cancel o na cancel dahil hindi mo pinuntahan?

Can I waive for an earlier accommodation at DFA NCR East (SM Meamall), not at DFA Aseana?

DFA offices can only waive appointments if you have a valid reason see list in http://www.passport.com.ph and in case you are qualified they only accommodate those in their head office which is DFA Aseana.
Hi sir, pwede po ba kong mag pa set ng special appointment for application of passport kc, in need ko sya probably 2-3 week from now for work, kse po ung mga schedule sa online is available pa ng 1 month from now, just for the appointment then processing pa po.. may especial case po b kung work related sya at possible po b n magkaroon ng special appointement, okay lang po kung mag karoon ng additional fee..
Walang special appointment eh. ganito kung may proof of urgency ka na kailngan mo na nang passport dalhin mo yun at yung mga documents mo sa DFA Aseana punta ka sa CAPAC division kapag na evaluate nila na pwede kang pagbigyan papupuntahin ka nila sa Directors Office para maka pag process.

Ok ganito muna ang gawin mo palipasin mo muna ng mga 2 hrs bago ka ulit mag set ng appointment make sure na sigurado ka na sa kukunin mong sked then antayin mo sa email mo yung confirmation. Wag paulit ulit ng appointment para hindi ma block ng system ang email mo.

hello po…. master citizen may problem po ako with my tatay’s year of birth sa passport nya.. nagpabta po kasi sya sa passport nya para rin po masuportahan ang pagaaral namin at nagamit po nya yun for almost 19 years without minding the year of birth nya ngayon po need nilang umattend ng nanay ko sa kasal ng kapatid ko na nasa canada.. and my tatay never thought that lalabas sya ulet ng bansa so i needed to use his real year of birth sa passsport kasi makikita ng embassy yung descrepancy naglakas loob na po ako pumunta ng DFA to renew his “old” passport with his “real” year of birth kaso nagappear sa computer nila na may existing passport pa si tatay.. at ang expiration date eh 2013 p po.. pwede naman daw maayos yung provided na magdala si tatay ng birth certificate at baptismal at maghanda si tatay na lang for investigation.. huhuhu.. bka naman po may kakilala po kayo na pwedeng tumulong sa amin para mapabilis ang pagaayos ng year of birth po ni tatay… kasi need nila /namin pumunta ng canada by april 14 eh magaaply pa po kami ng tourist visa.. please help!!! po here is my email address please text or reply po.. eto po email ko..

Pauline, your best option is to apply for the right record. Tama ang DFA, since senior na ang father mo, pagbibigyan nila siya to correct his records. You can’t renew the passport tapos lalabas ibang information, renewal nga eh. Undergo the investigation, it is part of the process of change and correction. Go to the Passport Director’s office sa DFA Aseana for this.

Madalas kasi Melissa, yung original copy from the NSO or in your case from the LCR is needed. Dapat your LCR can issue you an actual copy. Tell them DFA is asking for it. May chance naman sa Passport Director’s Office when you can explain things. Basta dapat lahat ng madadala mong papeles hawak hawak mo. Pti yung affidavits. It’s better to try than do nothing at the moment right. Regarding naman your NSO concern, try contacting the info I gave you earlier para maayos na rin yan eventually.
ung iniissue po kc sa LCR ay parang xerox lang xa pero may notaryo po at may annotation xa.pero serves as original copy daw po un sabi nila.Sino po kya sa DFA ang pwede kong kausapin regarding on this matter..

Melissa, your best opton at the DFA would be to go to the Passport Director’s Office and tell them your concern. That is where decisions on these matters are made. Kung makakarequest ka ng actual printed copy from the LCR of the annotated certificate much better.
sir ung BC ko po kc naaus ko na sa Local Civil Registry with annotation na po un at naitransmit na po sa NSO pero nung ikeclaim q na ung BC q d pa daw sya available kasi daw kulang p po ung requirements w/c is ung acknowledgement ng tatay ko na patay na with letter, meron na naman po kameng sinubmit ung nga lang po xerox na lang na galing sa school ko dahil ung original namin ay nasunog na po.,at may problema na nman daw po dahil ung name ko daw po ay d na makita sa affidavit na isinubmit namin kc po binaha na un at un lang po ang naisalba sa school namin, pero kung ikocompare naman po xa sa birth cert ko ay pareho naman po sya nakaindicate po dun name ng mother ko , ng father ko , birthdate and birthplace ko at ayaw p din po nila akong irelease ung BC ko ..ask ko lang po qng pwede magpagawa ako ng affidavit na katunayan na ako c melissa delacruz and melissa delacruz santiago ay iisa kalakip po ang mga supporting documents ko ay akin po itong ipanonotaryo.at isasubmit po sa inyong opisina para sa pag apply ng passport kasama din po ang NSO BC ko na ang nakarehistro ay melissa dela cruz pa lamang at kung gusto nio po ay ilakip ko din po ung galing sa LCR na may annotation ngunit ndi pa sya NSO copy dahil dun po kc nila q iniipit.

Kung mapapa certified true copy mo yung LCR annotated copy mo (wag xerox ha) and you do the affidavit at the DFA I told you earlier, baka payagan ka. Pag ibang processir kase, iba ang opinyon so you might get approved this time. Pwedeng subukan, wala namang mawawala.
