POEA: OEC Delivery Service

Bonjour. Mabuhay. Found out that the OEC delivery service is now currently stopped. I wonder what options vacationing OFWs now have in getting oEC. Lahat ba dapat pumunta sa POEA? Kawawa naman ang mga bagong bayani ng bayan kung mahirap ang transaction sa pamahalaan. Services should be useful to people and proactively efficient. Anyways, nabsa
