- Without a negative RT-PCR test
- On-arrival mandatory swabbing
- Facility-based quarantine until release of negative result

FOREIGNERS
- Required to have a negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours before departure.
- No facility-based quarantine and on-arrival swab-testing needed.
- Self-monitoring for 14 days upon arrival.
What are the entry protocols for FULLY-VACCINATED Filipinos and Foreigners from YELLOW List countries?
FILIPINOS AND FOREIGNERS
- With a negative RT-PCR test result taken within 72 hours before departure:
- Facility-based quarantine until release of negative test result.
- Mandatory swab test on the third day upon arrival.
- Self-monitoring for 14 days upon arrival.
- Without a negative RT-PCR test:
- Facility-based quarantine until release of negative test result.
- Mandatory swab test on the 5th day upon arrival.
- Home-quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
What are the entry protocols for UNVACCINATED, PARTIALLY VACCINATED Filipinos and Foreigners from GREEN List countries?
(And individuals whose vaccination cannot be independently validated, and those vaccinated but failed to submit completely the test-before travel requirements)
GREEN LIST AREAS
- Facility-based quarantine until release of negative result.
- Mandatory swab test on the 5th day upon arrival.
- Self-monitoring for 14 days upon arrival.
YELLOW LIST AREAS
- Facility-based quarantine until release of negative result.
- Mandatory swab test on the 7th day upon arrival.
- Home-quarantine for 14 days upon arrival.
REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS – RED LIST AREAS
Only returning Filipinos via government-initiated repatriation, non-government initiated repatriation, and Bayanihan Flights
- Mandatory 10-day facility based quarantine
- Mandatory swab test on the 7th day upon arrival.
Filipinos and foreigners transiting through Red List areas will not be deemed as having come from or having been to said areas if they stayed in the airport the whole time and were not cleared for entry into such country/territory/jurisdiction by its immigration authorities. Upon arrival in the Philippines, they must comply with testing and quarantine protocols that apply to them.
So, there you have it. If you have families and friends coming in from any of these countries, it’s best that they be aware of the new entry protocols at our international airports. I am also thinking that if the country is not listed under the “green” countries, then it automatically falls under the “yellow” category, while all others are “red”.
