I have been reviewing the comments and posts on passport delivery and have noted something that I feel I can share with you so you can benefit from it.

Mahirap kasi pakinggan yung mga kababayan natin na inis na inis sa paghihintay ng passport nila. Kaya nag research ako kung ano at sino sino ba talaga ang provider ng passport delivery na iyan.

Sa aking pag sasaliksik, nalaman ko na may apat (4) na courier providers na nagpapa hatid ng passports natin. Ito ang ang mga sumusunod:

LBC / DHL / AIR21 / at 2GO

Sa DFA ASEANA, may limang terminal providing the passport delivery service, dalawa doon ay handled by LBC (DFAMPC at ng Tel PPT). Note, dalawa dalawa ang terminal. Yung natitirang tatlo ay para sa AIR 21, DHL, at 2GO.

Pero based on comments and feedbacks, may mga mahirap mag follow up when the passport delivery is delayed, most of the time, I recommend to people that they personally return to DFA ASEANA themselves to ask this courier kung nasaan na ang passport nila. Sad to say, even though eventually makukuha nila ang passport, wala naman daw refund sa delivery charge. Hanep talaga, mukhang negosyong tunay.

I also learned that in the regional offices ng DFA (those outside Metro Manila), the delivery is solely handled by DFAMPC LBC. Incidentally, the same service and problems persist as per feedback.

My advice? Akin lang naman to. Choose your courier wisely. If you don’t have a choice, best bet na if you come back for your passport yourself. That way, you don’t pay for hassle and heartache if ever.
